Essex DJs Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required and must be received 8 weeks prior to the engagement.

If a booking is made within 4 weeks of the engagement, payment must be made in full. This payment must be at least 1 week prior to the engagement. Payment can be made by cheque or card.

The deposit given to Essex DJs is a non-returnable deposit, if a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the engagement.

The final balance given to Essex DJs is non-returnable, if a cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the engagement.

A full refund will be issued if in the unlikely event that Essex DJs cancels the engagement.

Essex DJs are not responsible for non-fulfilment of contract by customers, proprietors, managers or DJs but every effort is made to ensure satisfaction.

Essex DJs cannot guarantee which DJ in our team you will receive however, every effort is made to ensure satisfaction if you should express a preference.
